ReplyDeleteI installed this on WinVistaSP2 x86 with all MS updates.
Double-clicking on OfficePortable.exe launches nothing,
but the standalone apps (Writer.exe, Presentation.exe, Spreadsheet.exe) launch OK.
At first I thought it was a Vista related issue, but after
installing it on a Win7SP1 x64 laptop, the issue persists ;-{
Hoping for a fix...

In order for this PAF to be truly portable it requires administrative rights as it needs to clean up a Scheduled Task left behind on the host PC.
DeleteI can work with Dave on a fix which allows the user to optionally turn on/off the administrative rights check; that's if Dave would like to do this.
Dave is unavailable right now, dealing with some personal stuff. He will be back shortly :)
